THEREFORE MS 617.83 must be ruled Unconstitutionally vague,denial of due process
Hopefully it will be acknowledged by the Supeme Court that Korrie Land is not a doctor, and should not have been attempting to act as one, and that there are many other suitable laws which apply to resolving Alice's medical problelms, via competent medical professionals, which are not onnerous and destructive. Throwing Alice out of her house was wantonly onnerous and destructive. Alice could have been readily court ordered into medical care. to stay at her 823 Allen Home in West St.Paul, instead of Dorothy Day for 1 year.
